Creators and Marketeers of eCommerce websites have to accommodate the fact that their audience will be cross-platform. From a technical point of view that means we have to create responsive websites so that a variety of screen sizes can be targeted, such as on the PC, tablet or smartphone. The Marketeer has the additional problem of putting over the sales message in a menagerie of devices.

Younger (18-34) audiences have grown up in the Internet age and they may use a plethora of devices, often using more that one at the same time as they both consume data and interact with the social media infrastructure simultaneously.

It takes skill to promote products and/or services in today’s competitive sphere. One of the primary tasks in achieving this is to understand the habits of the cross-platform audience.
